Couch surfing. A sub-culture of over 5 million members from every country in the world traveling to stay at stranger’s houses can’t possibly have a downside… or does it?
The show Couch Surfing examines what happens when one complete stranger co-habits with another and has to live by the host’s “house rules.” Couch Surfing hosts and surfers find themselves in the oddest situations, mashing with all kinds of people, from the extroverted, oblivious gypsy to the introverted, culturally sophisticated snob. It exposes the individual ambitions (or lack thereof) and general purpose for couch surfing, combined with the natural humor in unexpected situations that occur when the worlds of two completely opposite strangers collide.
